Where are your products manufactured?

Are your products Vegan or Vegetarian?

While most of our products are Vegan, including our entire aromatherapy and home fragrance range. However, some of our skincare products contain honey, beeswax, milk and other animal by-products and are therefore Vegetarian. 

Are all your products Cruelty Free?

Yes. In the UK and across the rest of the EU, testing cosmetic products or their ingredients on animals is banned. This means that it is illegal to sell or market a cosmetic product if animal testing has taken place on the finished cosmetic or its ingredients before being sold in the EU.

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event spoilage, breakage, leakage or other damage, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or exchange. 

In exceptional circumstances, such as our inability to replace a product which you ordered that has been discontinued or a technical error or wrong order, etc; if you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within two weeks (14) days of receiving any products to be returned or from the date you notify us. You will receive email notification of your refund from us

When will I receive my tracking number / order / product?

Tracking numbers are emailed within 1 - 2 business days of the order being successfully placed. For more information please refer to Shipping and Payment.

Will I be charged customs duty?

No. Most countries have a personal import exception limit for personal use items as long as your purchase does not exceed this value and you are a private individual, there is usually no VAT, GST or Duty charged on cosmetic and skincare products.

However, these change from time-to-time and you should look this up for your country before placing an order as we cannot accept returns where you do not wish to pay a duty levied on your purchase.

My order has not arrived / arrived damaged / has been lost - what do I do?

Don't panic. We automatically replace orders that arrive damaged or have been lost or are wrongly delivered or lost free of charge. Please write to us immediately at wecare@reetajuneja.com or message us.
